19.9.23, Tuesday, Day 1, Arrival: Transfer to Tel Aviv hotel, Dinner.

Night: Herods, Tel Aviv

 

20.9.23, Wednesday, Day 2, To Galilee: Coastal city of Caesarea built by Herod the Great, In this city the gospel was first preached to the gentile household of Cornelius, and they received the holy spirit, Tel Megiddo, with a view to the valley of Armageddon.  Nazareth Village (+lunch) demonstrating life in the time of Jesus and Nazareth, where Jesus grew up.

21.9.23, Thursday, Day 3, The Sea of Galilee: Sea of Galilee boat ride (Shopping in Ginnosar), Sail in the Sea of Galilee and visit the ancient ruins of a synagogue and houses from the time of Jesus in Magdala,

the hometown of Mary Magdalene. Capernaum, the center of the ministry years of Jesus Mt. of Beatitudes to discuss the sermon of Jesus on the mount. Relax and swim in the Sea of Galilee.

22.9.23, Friday, Day 4, Northern point: Northern borders of Israel with Lebanon and Syria. Nature walk in the Jordan river source of Dan and the ancient city, with the worship site of the golden calf idol worship introduced to Israel by Jeroboam. Golan Heights and view to Syria. Banias (Caesarea Philippi) nature reserve.

23.9.23, Saturday, Day 5,: Drive to the dead sea area through the Jordan River Valley. Bet Shean Roman City part of the Decapolis.  Qumran, the discovery site of the dead sea scrolls. Bethany Beyond the Jordan (Qasr el Yahud)

24.9.23, Sunday, Day 6, Dead Sea: Yom Kippur Eve. Walk at the Ein Gedi desert spring where David was hiding from Saul. Masada with magnificent view to the Dead sea and the surrounding Judean desert mountains.

25.9.23, Monday, Day 7, Dead Sea Relax: Yom Kippur. Jewish National Day of fasting and praying. Dead Sea float. Optional hike in the Judean Desert.

26.9.23, Tuesday, Day 8, Judean lowlands and Jerusalem: Valley of Elah, where David won Goliath, Yad Vashem holocaust museum, Israel Museum (including Jerusalem model & Shrine of the Book)

27.9.23, Wednesday, Day 9, Jerusalem new testament: Garden tomb to discuss the crucifixion and resurrection of Messiah, View to the old city from the Mt of Olives, Gethsemane, Church of the Holy Sepulcher, Jewish Quarter, Western Wall, Hezekiah’s Broad Wall St Anne’s Church, Bethesda Pools, Part of Via Dolorosa, Jaffa gate

28.9.23, Thursday, Day 10, Old Testament Jerusalem: Ophel & Southern Steps of Temple Mount, Robinson’s Arch, City of David, Hezekiah’s Tunnel + dry alternative, Pool of Siloam, Kidron Valley tombs (lookout)

29.9.23, Friday, Day 11, Departure

RETURN FLIGHTS The rooms will be given 10.-11. In the morning

A prepayment will be paid upon registration, 100 $. (the final payment 2595

$ will be paid in 2 parts close to the departure).

 

Israel package Includes: Half Board accommodation, Breakfast, Dinner included. The hotels are 4 or 4 and half star hotels and the rooms are Deluxe and Superior rooms. Guided tours, bus transportation, entrance fees, and tips for the driver and guide, portage, or a bellboy.

Does not include: Bank transfer fees. Air fares.

 

Every participant must have a valid -Travel insurance, that covers covid 19. All are required to have a valid passport that does not expire within six months of the trip. For some countries a visa approval is required to enter Israel. Corona vaccines or tests are not required in Israel.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


RESERVATION AND DEPOSITS:
Reservation must be made online, and a non-refundable deposit of $100 per person is required at registering.

MINIMUM PARTICIPANTS:
We are required to have at least 15 people for this trip to take place. Please ensure you can meet all the requirements before you sign up.
IMPORTANT: Please do NOT purchase your flight ticket before we have approved your application and you have received a confirmation email from us.

FLIGHT TICKET:
This is a Land ONLY Tour Package. The tour participant must purchase/book a roundtrip flight ticket to Ben Gurion Airport in Tel-Aviv, Israel (Airport code: TLV).
The flight ticket’s arrival/departure date and time must follow the tour program. Please contact “The Kingdom Encounter” or “Kinneret Tours” with any questions if the arrival/departure date and time differ more than 3 hours from the tour program. Please email flight details to info@tkemail.org as soon as it becomes available and no later than July 10th, 2023.

CANCELLATION:
Cancellations of the Tour must be received in writing via email/mail and signed by the client.

The below cancellation terms are per person.

  • Cancellations received between the Deposit Date and July 6th, 2023, have a penalty of $100.00 per person. (75 days before departure)

  • Cancellations received between July 7th and August 16th, 2023, have a penalty of $500.00 per person. (35 days before departure)

  • There are NO Refunds If cancellations are received after August 16th, 2023.

It is the responsibility of all passengers to have travel insurance for full travel protection.

Please note: Refunds take approximately 30 days to process.

PASSPORT:
To travel to Israel, you must have a valid Passport, and it must not expire six months from your return date. The airline can refuse you boarding if your Passport expires within six months of your return date. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure the name on the air ticket matches the name on the Passport.
Other passport holders may require a visa – Please contact the Israel Consulate General for more information. It is the responsibility of the passenger/s to understand the Visa regulations for entry to all countries around the world via air or land. You can find available websites or by contacting them directly on the telephone.

BAGGAGE:
To travel to Israel from North America with most airlines, you are allowed one checked luggage totaling (no more than) 50 lbs. each, plus one piece of hand luggage on board with you. Some airlines have different luggage restrictions. It is the responsibility of the passenger/s to understand the baggage allowance and restrictions based on the terms used on the airline’s website or by contacting them directly on the telephone before your flight departure. All luggage is the sole responsibility of the passenger and of the airlines. For lost luggage claims, the passenger is responsible for notifying the airlines directly.

RESPONSIBILITY:
“The Kingdom Encounter Ministries” & “Kinneret Tours” acts only as agents for the various companies supplying the services of this Tour and shall not be held liable in any way for injury; damage; loss; death; accident; delay, or irregularity to any person, place or property, including air transportation or changes in the itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control. It is the responsibility of all passengers to have travel insurance for full travel protection.

UNDERSTANDING:
It is understood and agreed to abide by the Security Notice and Directives to the Tour. Passengers agree to accept any and all risks to safety and security during participating in the package tour and hereby release “The Kingdom Encounter Ministries” & “Kinneret Tours” and any of its suppliers, trustees, officers, agents, and employees from any claims which may accordingly arise during participation in the Tour.

MEDICAL CONDITION:
“The Kingdom Encounter Ministries” & “Kinneret Tours” and their suppliers are not responsible for any medical conditions that may occur during or before the Tour.

NOTE:
The itinerary may change in sequence from time to time due to time and/or security restrictions or weather permitting.
